More Training Choices Available in 2011....

New for 2011, you may either sign up for an individual 28 week session (Fall, Winter or Spring) or, you may register for all-year training sessions at a reduced rate (access to all 3 sessions).

Registration for the Fall Program has closed, please read below about the Winter and Annual Program.

WINTER PROGRAM is also a 28 week that begins July 9th and ends with the Houston Marathon on January 15, 2012.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP: Do you train all year long? Do you want to run an event in the Fall, one in the winter and one in the spring? Then, we have a program for you! The annual program targets the 4 races listed on this page to the right (of course you can choose other races).

Additionally, we have added two more options (you can never have too many choices as a member)...

WALKING GROUP Within the Winter program, we have a dedicated program just for walkers targeting the USAFIT Half Marathon on January 29 (training starts on July 9). No running required! *There is no additional fee.

ATP OUTLAWS. Have you run several marathons and feel as though you have hit a plateau? No matter what you do, you can not seem to improve? Our Advanced Training Program (ATP) focuses on the Houston Marathon and has a more in-depth training program.

We are a training program for walkers and runners, of all ability levels, designed with the goal of completing a half or full marathon. Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs/walks, access to trained coaches, informational seminars and a USA Fit Cypress Marathon Training T-shirt.
